§ 19.10.050. CONSISTENCY WITH COASTAL MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.

The Coastal Management Program is a component of the Borough Comprehensive Plan, and the policies contained in the Coastal Management Program are included as part of these regulations and govern (together with all other applicable rules and policies) development in the coastal area. Issuance of any permit or approval within the coastal area shall contain a recommendation or determination addressing consistency of the proposed development or use with the policies of the North Slope Borough Coastal Management Program. The recommendation or determination shall include a justification of any conditions required to make the proposed development or use consistent with the policies of the North Slope Borough Coastal Management Program.
